CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — ATT* today announced it is looking to fill nearly 100 new technician positions in North Carolina. The jobs are needed to meet growing demand for ATT’s Internet, voice and video networks, including the expansion of U-verse® with ATT GigaPowerSM.
In North Carolina, ATT launched U-verse with ATT GigaPower Dec. 8 in Carrboro, Cary, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Winston-Salem, and also plans to bring the service to Durham, Charlotte and Greensboro.** U-verse with ATT GigaPower provides customers access to the fastest Internet available from ATT, featuring speeds up to 1 gigabit per second.***
In addition to its technician positions, ATT is looking to fill nearly 200 business sales and call center positions in North Carolina. In 2014, ATT filled nearly 900 jobs in the state.

Customers can watch more than 100 live channels in and out of home, watch video on-demand TV shows and schedule DVR recordings, on more than 30 smartphones and tablets through the ATT U-verse app.
