Outlets at Little Rock, the new shopping center at Otter Creek adjoining the Bass Pro development, will open Oct. 16.
New England Development announced the opening in a release this morning. It’s described as a “325,000-square-foot, open-air, lifestyle destination.” It will have 75 stores.
New England Development operates similar centers in West Palm Beach, Fla., and Asheville, N.C., with additional centers planned.
