The Lynchburg Museum system served 15,987 visitors through site visits, events and outreach programs in the 2014 fiscal year, according to an annual report.
The total is a slight decrease from the previous year, which saw just more than 16,600 visitors. From July 2013 to June 2014, the Lynchburg Museum and Point of Honor hosted visitors from 47 states, 22 countries and Washington D.C., including 1,282 students visiting on field trips.
