Stratix, which provides enterprise managed mobile services (MMS), and
Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated (NASDAQ: COKE), the largest

deployment of 3,500 devices used in field sales/field service. The
solution consolidates CCBCC’s mobile infrastructure from five suppliers
to one, extends new mobile technology to users faster, and gives three
internal full-time employees (FTEs) their jobs back to focus on core IT
projects.

provisioning, mobile lifecycle management, and OEM relationships
including CCBCC’s most recent rollout: 1,000 new tablets and convertible
laptops – deployed in days instead of weeks. This was on the heels of a
1,300-unit rugged handled and mobile printer deployment. Stratix also
created a secure connection into CCBCC’s domain to pre-register every
device prior to deployment, allowing immediate use of replacement
devices. With the solution, internal IT resources can now scale
increasingly complex mobile solutions without compromising productivity.
