TDA’s projections could lead to record 2015-16 budget

The Forsyth County Tourism Development Authority gave a sneak peak Tuesday of its 2015-16 budget projections, saying financing could rise by as much as 10 percent to a record $3.5 million.

Richard Geiger, president of Visit Winston-Salem, based the TDA’s confidence in part on the continuing local and regional recoveries in convention and tourism events and spending.
