Visit North Carolina, part of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, will offer its community-based training program designed to help tourism-related businesses in Yadkinville and the surrounding area.
The Tourism Resource Assistance Center (TRAC) session will be at the Yadkin Center of Surry Community College in Yadkinville on March 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Offered in partnership with the Yadkin County/Yadkinville Tourism Development Authority, TRAC will bring EDPNC program managers to local communities for a day of one-on-one discussion of the nuts and bolts of working with the EDPNC.
The program is designed to help tourism-related businesses engage more fully with programs offered by the EDPNC/Visit NC and its partners. Whether it is a large attraction, medium-sized company or small, privately-owned business, the EDPNC/Visit NC wants to be a business development and marketing partner. Representatives from the EDPNC/Visit NC will be on hand to discuss services they can provide businesses including strategic planning, assistance with identifying funding sources, and as liaisons with other local, state, and federal agencies.
There is no charge to attend, no PowerPoint presentations and no reservation is required. For additional information on this session or to schedule a specific appointment time, contact André Nabors at 919-447-7771.
